Soccer Pictures

Here are the pictures from Jacksons game. They won, but of course, there is no goalie in his league. He had a good time, and did great, until he ran into that other boys head with his head. At one point, I yelled out "get the ball" and he kicked it and yelled back, "I got it" as the other team took it and ran down the field.

Haircut and Soccer

Tate got his first haircut this morning, by me. Of course, poor kid, Jen walked in and was like "aren't you going to take a picture". So here they are, the few we got. I went with the Caesar cut... oh well.
Jackson has his first soccer game today, at 1pm. Nice cool time

1st Annual Watermelon Contest

Finally, it's happened. Our first watermelon contest. Jen has wanted to do this for a long time, and even threatened to do it at Tate's party. But as you'll see from the pictures, this isn't really something to do with a large crowd, without a water hose or swimming pool available.
It was a close match, Tate seemed to be ahead of the others for some time, but Blakely was the winner. They had fun, and seemed to be full the rest of the night. So look out, for the next opportunity and the new tradition.

Party Pics

Ok, here are the requested pictures from Tate's party. I know, only one of you asked... but I know you all are wondering. We had a "cowboy" party, horses, steer wrestling and brono riding. No, not really. We did have a silly-string fight in the front yard, with 12 cans of silly-string. But I'm beginning to realize, it the adults who enjoy that more than the kids. The only picture we have of that, is the end... sorry.
